First Half: Since the late 1960s, newspapers mostly stopped reporting UFO sighting accounts. This created a false impression that the UFO phenomena was something that only happened back in the 1940s-1960s. In 2013, a retired aerospace analyst, Cheryl Costa, decided to share the truth that UFO sightings occur relatively regularly. With the cooperation of the publisher and editorial staff of the Syracuse New Times newspaper, Costa launched the weekly online blog/column New York Skies and reported The UFO Beat. Costa joins George Knapp to discuss what she uncovered during her time reporting UFO cases and which sightings and incidents may have involved ET contact.
Second Half: The coastal area around Bridlington in the U.K. has a deep history of folklore, strange sightings and mysterious disappearances and researcher Paul Sinclair is in the middle of it all. He’ll discuss another mysterious hotspot on planet Earth (much like Skinwalker Ranch), including stories of witnesses to events far stranger than anything reported worldwide – from the ‘intelligent’ light forms that are seen by many, mysterious disappearances of ordinary men, reports of strange creatures, including small humanoid beings stalking farmland, giant cats, and even werewolves.
