Radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh is putting Democrats to the test. If they truly want to help illegal aliens, he says, he will sign aboard to grant them citizenship. With one condition. And, in that condition is the test.

Limbaugh appeared on “Fox News Sunday” with Chris Wallace, who asked him about how he would deal with DACA and illegal immigration.

Here’s the full interview that he did with Wallace. First, he talks about how one can deal with shootings at high schools, that it isn’t about the gun used or bashing the NRA, that you need to have armed security and concealed carry in schools if you’re not otherwise going to solve the problem. Then he talks about the Mueller indictment.

Finally, they get into the question of illegal aliens at approximately 12:41.

Wallace notes that Congress voted down various proposals and couldn’t come to an agreement.

From Washington Examiner:

[T]he Senate defeated four immigration bills that included a proposal from President Trump to shield 1.4 million illegal immigrants known as “Dreamers” that entered the country as children. The proposal was voted down due to other cuts to legal immigration that included termination of a diversity visa lottery program.

A bipartisan bill that protected around 800,000 Dreamers from deportation and kept in the lottery program also failed.

Rush noted that Trump is exposing that Democrats really don’t want to solve the problem because they keep rejecting any proposal that could actually solve it.

Limbaugh said he’d agree to citizenship for illegal aliens with the condition that they not be eligible to vote for 15 to 25 years. If they will agree to that, Limbaugh says, he will grant them amnesty.

Wallace is stunned that he says it and calls it, “Very interesting.”

Limbaugh laughs and responds, “You will get zero takers on that.”

And he’s right. Why would any illegal alien turn that deal down? But that doesn’t give Democrats the votes they want so they would never sign aboard it.

So it’s never going to happen.

And if Democrats don’t sign aboard a DACA deal soon, they are likely to end up with nothing that helps them because the Supreme Court is likely to find Obama’s DACA offer unconstitutional and therefore nothing obligating anyone to give them any status at all.
